Unless otherwise specified at time of order, your order will be dispatched using Standard Shipping.
If you purchase items from this website and there is an issue with what you are provided, please contact us to discuss. Any refunds provided exclude the cost of the original shipping of the goods and is for the goods only. The customer will also be responsible for return delivery charges. We will only accept an item back into stock by post, and process the refund if it is still fully packaged and unused within 30 days of purchase. Returns of unused umbrellas are subject to a 10% handling fee. This assessment will be made by Wedding Umbrellas Australia staff at the time and upon point of return.
As an assembled product, a small percentage of umbrellas may be faulty. If an umbrella you have received is faulty, or develops a fault, Wedding Umbrellas Australia will refund the cost of that umbrella (excluding any delivery costs) once you can provide photographic evidence of the fault. Wind damage, misuse or accidental damage does not constitute a faulty umbrella and if so assessed after examining, no refund will be offered as a result.
